
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 pitas
- lettuce
- sprouts (if not using lettuce)
- tomatoes
- fresh mushrooms
- cucumber
- any other vegetables you might have on hand
Directions:
Chop and wash all the above ingredients and assemble in a
bowl. Toss together like a salad and add your favorite
dressing. Wrap in a pita and enjoy!! Great for a quick
snack!!
