Grain Burgers recipe

Ingredients (use vegan versions):


  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1/3 cup each chopped green pepper, onion and celery
  • replacer for 1 egg or 1 tablespoon soy flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal, rolled oats, wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon flour, wheat germ and oil


Directions:



Combine all ingredients, mix well. Brown patties on both
sides in oil over medium heat, or shape and bake 20 minutes
at 350'.

Makes 6-8 patties.



Serves: 6-8



Preparation time: 40 minutes
