
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- balsamic vinegar
- sesame seed oil
- olive oil
- minced garlic
- fresh ginger
- pinch of red pepper
- tamari sauce
- 1/2 lb extra firm tofu
- large bunch Swiss Chard
- medium purple onion
- sesame seeds
Directions:
Drain tofu and cut up into cubes. Set cubes in marinade and
turn occassionally. Marinate for at least 2 hours at room
temperature.
Pour off marinade into skillet and heat. Add chopped onion
and simmer 1-2 minutes. Add torn pieces of Chard and cover
pan. Stir occassionally and continue simmering until the
chard wilts. Add the tofu and sesame seeds and heat
through. Serve over brown rice.
